Summary
Join Bertoni Solutions as a highly skilled Full-Stack Architect to lead an offshore team and act as the primary interface with our customer's technical and business management teams. This 3-year, 100% remote contract opportunity (based in Latin America) offers the chance to work on a high-impact project and increase visibility within our partner’s team. You will design, develop, and implement scalable full-stack solutions using React, FastAPI, and Python/pandas, operating within SAFe Agile Release Trains (ARTs). The role requires extensive experience as a Full-Stack Architect, proficiency in specified technologies, and strong Agile experience. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential for interacting with both technical and business stakeholders. The contract is an independent contractor agreement with a gross monthly payment.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a Full-Stack Architect, leading development teams
- Proficiency in React, FastAPI, and Python (pandas library)
- Strong experience with SAFe Agile methodologies and development within Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
- Expertise in Azure cloud services and cloud-native application development
- Hands-on experience in MVP-based development for feature rollouts
- Proven ability to implement CI/CD pipelines for continuous deployment
- Experience with automated testing and TDD methodologies
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders
- Must have advanced written and Spoken English fluency
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage an offshore team, ensuring alignment with our partner’s-driven goals
- Act as the primary liaison between our partner’s and the customer’s technical and business leadership
- Design, develop, and implement scalable full-stack solutions using React, FastAPI, and Python/pandas
- Operate within SAFe Agile Release Trains (ARTs), participating in: Program Increment (PI) Planning
- Operate within SAFe Agile Release Trains (ARTs), participating in: Sprint Planning
- Operate within SAFe Agile Release Trains (ARTs), participating in: Retrospectives
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners (POs), System Architects, and Tech Leads
- Ensure development follows SAFe’s Continuous Integration & Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) principles
- Drive Test-Driven Development (TDD) and implement automated testing strategies
- Utilize and optimize Azure cloud services to enhance system performance and scalability
Preferred Qualifications
- SAFe certification or experience working in SAFe Agile frameworks
- Previous experience in long-term managed service engagements
- Experience leading offshore development teams and coordinating with global stakeholders
