Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience as a Software QA Engineer, with a strong focus on CCB systems
  • Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate CCB functionalities and integrations
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand requirements and create effective test strategies
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing on CCB platforms to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction
  • Identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools, and work closely with the development team for resolution
  • Automate test cases where applicable to streamline and enhance testing efficiency
  • Analyze test results, report findings, and provide recommendations for improvements to enhance software quality
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to align QA efforts with development timelines
  • Ensure adherence to quality assurance best practices and industry standards

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, Git, or similar
  • Familiarity with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner
  • Knowledge of cloud-based testing platforms and environments
  • Experience with automation frameworks and scripting languages (e.g., Selenium, Java, Python)
  • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices
