Summary
Join ServiceNow's Customer Service Management Quality Engineer (CSM QE) team and play a key role in ensuring the quality of the ServiceNow CSM application. You will maintain automation test frameworks, collect and report quality metrics, collaborate with developers on testing strategies, create and execute comprehensive test plans, and troubleshoot application issues. This position requires extensive experience in quality assurance, Java programming (Selenium, JUnit, TestNG), JavaScript scripting, and various testing techniques. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills and experience integrating AI into work processes. Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry
- 5+ years of experience with quality assurance and Java programming with Selenium, JUnit and TestNG
- 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience
- Fluency with scripting in JavaScript. Experience with Eclipse, Jenkin, Maven, and Git
- Knowledge of testing techniques (e.g. performance, unit, integration, automated), their strengths and weakness, and ability to use them to best effect
- Ability to use tools (such as IDE, debugger, build tools, source control, ServiceNow instances, profilers, system administration/Unix tools) to assist with daily tasks
- Experience driving cross-team technical discussions with and work with SDLC concepts
Responsibilities
- Maintain existing automation test frameworks

- Create comprehensive test plans; execute and automate them
- Partner with the engineering organizations in troubleshooting or addressing issues with applications and dev/test environments
