Join Anaplan as a Senior Solution Architect and be responsible for designing and implementing custom financial models on the Anaplan platform for our Fortune 50 clients. You will leverage your expertise in Sales Performance Management, including Territory Planning, Quota Planning, and Incentive Compensation Management, to deliver impactful planning solutions. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and five years of relevant experience, including specific experience in implementing Territory Planning, Quota Planning, and Sales Compensation planning within Anaplan. You will work with enterprise accounts, implementing custom financial planning and analysis projects. Remote work is permissible. Requirements
- Have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Have five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation
- Have one (1) year of university level study plus two (2) years of related work experience in meeting the Bachelor’s degree requirement
- Have five (5) years of experience that includes: Implementation of Territory Planning and Management; Hierarchy management, account potential, account coverage, account assignments (direct and overlay), territory creation, territory balancing and optimization, and channel planning
- Have five (5) years of experience that includes: Anaplan capabilities regarding the implementation of Quota Planning and Management; Historical sales representative performance, top-down cascading of quotas, quota interlock, override and what-if analysis, and compensation planning (direct and overlay)
- Have five (5) years of experience that includes: Sales Compensation planning, including the ability to model future plans, develop what-if scenarios, and streamline workflows along with real-time visibility for Reps & Management into Attainment, Transactions, Credits, and Plans
- Have five (5) years of experience that includes: Financial Planning & Analysis forecasting and planning with integrated components for P&L, Balance Sheet, and Capital Expenditures
- Have five (5) years of experience that includes: Connected Planning, including experience integrating multiple business functional areas in a single planning system
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the architecture and implementation of custom-built financial models that help Anaplan customers with their budgeting, planning, and forecasting processes
- Apply knowledge of Sales Performance Management, including Territory Planning, Quota Planning, Incentive Compensation Management, and Sales Planning within the Anaplan consulting ecosystem
- Successfully deliver Anaplan planning solutions in strategic, enterprise accounts
- Implement custom financial planning and analysis projects using the Anaplan platform
- Utilize knowledge in implementing Enterprise Performance Management solutions and knowledge of Anaplan’s policies and procedures to architect and replace existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business problems into sophisticated Anaplan multi-dimensional models
