Senior Solution Architect

Summary

Join insightsoftware's Partner Enablement group as a Solution Architect, guiding partners in designing and building insightsoftware applications. Leverage your finance expertise and technical proficiency to coach partners, offer architectural guidance, and ensure optimal application performance. Collaborate with internal and external teams, monitor application health, and contribute to product development. This role requires experience with EPM solutions and a willingness to travel up to 25%. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication and collaboration skills, in-depth accounting knowledge, and excellent technology skills. Continuous learning and becoming a subject matter expert are essential.

Requirements

• Willingness to travel up to 25%
• In-depth knowledge of accounting processes and financial planning & analysis
• Excellent technology skills related to product implementation
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Basic understanding of consolidations and planning functions/processes
• Ability to answer intermediate-level product questions on various functionalities

Responsibilities

• Support partners during the build phase, providing examples of artifacts and explaining their significance
• Offer architectural guidance and technical expertise during critical project milestones
• Regularly update insightsoftware Alliances, Sales, and Customer Success on personal and project status
• Work with Customers, Partners, and internal teams on Salesforce cases related to Application Design
• Conduct Application Health Checks and Reviews to ensure optimal performance
• Assist Product Teams in sourcing, developing, and testing new features and functionalities
• Facilitate the sharing of project templates to ensure Partner Project Readiness
• Commit to becoming a Subject Matter Expert in required areas

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional accounting designation (e.g., CPA, CMA, CGA, CA), advanced degrees (MBA, MFA), or other relevant certifications
• Experience with EPM solutions such as SAP Outlooksoft BPC, SAP BOFC, HFM, Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Essbase, IBM Cognos, or similar
