Requirements
- Weβre looking for a Senior Solutions Architect with 10+ years of professional experience managing and troubleshooting both Linux and Windows environments
- Experience working within containerized and clustered infrastructures - particularly in AWS - is key
- You should be adept at navigating SaaS administration and have strong customer-facing experience
- You will be expected to clearly communicate technical hurdles, requirements, and solutions to customers politely and confidently
- Experience with Kubernetes (scaling, troubleshooting)
- Hands-on with Rancher for multi-cluster management and policy enforcement
- Proficient authoring and maintaining Terraform modules and workspaces
- Familiarity with best-practices around state storage & CI integration
- Designing, building, and operating pipelines in GitHub Actions (build, test, deploy)
- Experience with branching strategies, required checks, and secrets management
- Implementing SSO (SAML/OAuth2/OpenID Connect) flows as a service provider
- AWS container services (EKS, ECS), serverless (Lambda) and on-prem integrations
- Hybrid networking (VPN, Direct Connect) and Linux certificate management
- Custom kernel configurations, package management, security hardening
- Certificate issuance/rotation (OpenSSL, Letβs Encrypt, enterprise CAs)
- Strong customer-facing communication
- A history translating complex designs into clear guidance
- Ability to document and codify reusable patterns for team-wide adoption
Responsibilities
- Advised a public safety customer on best practices for deploying a hybrid infrastructure to support their system integrations
- Troubleshot an issue within a containerized cluster running on AWS, collaborating with Engineering and Customer Success teams
- Worked through a complex, non-standard customer request involving custom Linux configurations and/or a serverless setup
- Documented a set of reusable infrastructure patterns to improve efficiency and reliability across deployments
- Participated in strategy sessions to evolve our infrastructure approach for scaling interface delivery
- Implemented Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication for customers using a third-party identity provider
- Configured certificates in Linux and clustered environments to support secure infrastructure
