Summary

Join Quantum Metric as a Senior Solutions Architect, a hybrid builder and enabler, to scale sales, demos, implementation, and launches. Your mission is to enhance GTM teams' speed, precision, and consistency by managing systems, tools, and programs supporting field engineering. Collaborate across departments to build and maintain demo environments, lead SE enablement and onboarding, implement best practices, and accelerate customer time-to-value. This high-impact role offers significant visibility and growth potential, reporting directly to the VP of Sales Engineering and interacting with the executive team. You will own the demo infrastructure, support POCs, run enablement programs, drive GTM process efficiency, and accelerate product go-to-market. Bridge field and product teams, build for scale, mentor talent, and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Requirements

  • Technical scrappiness: You’re comfortable building, scripting, and hacking together solutions with limited direction. You’ve likely implemented analytics or other observability tools before
  • Technology Comfortability: 3-5+ years of knowledge / experience working with at least one of the following client-side web technologies: HTML, JavaScript, React, Angular, Ember, Meteor, Xcode, Android Studio
  • Enablement mindset: You love creating clarity. You’ve led training, built onboarding programs, or documented how things work so others can move faster
  • Sales engineering empathy: You know the SE world. You’ve either been one or worked closely with them and understand how they qualify, demo, and close
  • Strong systems thinking: You see broken workflows and instinctively want to fix them—whether through a better process or new tooling
  • Great communicator: You can take something complex and explain it simply, whether it's to a junior SE, a PM, or an exec
  • Bias for action: You move fast, operate with ownership, and don’t wait to be told when something’s broken
  • Cross-functional fluency: You know how to work across teams and balance competing priorities from Sales, CS, Product, and Enablement
  • Leadership potential: You’ve led projects or people before, and you’re ready to grow into a broader leadership role
  • Travel 10% +

Responsibilities

  • Own the demo infrastructure: Build and maintain high-quality demo environments, sites, and simulated traffic flows that Solutions Engineers can rely on
  • Support POCs and technical lift: Jump into complex presales implementations or act as an extra set of hands when SE teams are stretched
  • Run enablement programs: Deliver training, onboarding, and technical deep-dives for Solutions Engineers, especially around new features, integrations, and implementations
  • Drive GTM process efficiency: Identify friction points in the SE and CS handoff and rollout process, then build systems that streamline it
  • Accelerate product go-to-market: Be the first to test new features, build sample implementations, and help translate product capabilities into repeatable field motions
  • Bridge field and product: Gather and surface learnings from Solutions Engineers and customer rollouts to help influence the roadmap and drive better outcomes
  • Build for scale: Create documentation, playbooks, and tooling that empower others. Own the backend systems and processes that improve team output
  • Mentor and grow talent: Support Solutions Engineers in technical growth, and build the foundation for a future team under your leadership
