Senior Staff Consultant - Product Owner

Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Business Analyst to engage with stakeholders, analyze business needs, and facilitate product development across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Engage with the business team and stakeholder at different levels to understand business needs
• Analyze, document, evaluate and prioritize the requirements
• Make recommendations on the solution and implementation
• Serve as a key liaison between Business, CX/UX and Engineering teams to facilitate product development
• Understand data mapping/transformation, solution design, process diagram, acceptance criteria, user acceptance testing and other project artifacts
• Participate in Program Increment Planning, write/enhance/research Epics & Features and be responsible as business lead and central subject matter expert
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in at least one of the following domains: E-commerce (Cart, Checkout, Fulfillment, Pricing, Delivery, Returns, Bots, Service)
• Order Management (SAP/ERP experience and strong FMD Mapping experience or familiar with adapter architecture)
• ML Algorithm/Ops build and sustain process (Suggested Orders | Media Spend | Assortment Optimization , Next Best Actions etc)
