Requirements

  • Master's or doctoral degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing machine learning solutions, including implementation in production environments
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL and experience with cloud computing platforms, especially Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Expertise in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch and familiarity with MLOps practices and building scalable and robust data pipelines
  • Ability to lead and guide technical teams, communicate complex technical concepts effectively to different audiences, and possess a strong analytical ability to solve strategic problems

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify opportunities for creating insights using data and support strategic problem-solving
  • Lead and develop end-to-end solutions, including conceptualization and creation of AI/ML models, definition of MLops pipelines, integration with backend/frontend, and construction of scalable and robust data pipelines involving batch and streaming data in the cloud (ELT)
  • Communicate clear proposals for new data product value, translating concepts to technical and non-technical audiences and highlighting impact on products and business
  • Provide technical guidance and leadership for less experienced colleagues, following best practices and seeking simple and effective solutions, reducing overall technical effort and maintaining adequate quality
  • Establish close partnerships with leadership and colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and eliminate redundant efforts
