Summary

Join our dynamic and global Digital Product Engineering company as a DNS and DHCP expert! We're looking for a skilled professional with 7+ years of experience in DNS architecture and administration, including at least 5 years with Infoblox. You will monitor and maintain DNS and DHCP services, generate performance reports, ensure security compliance, and provide technical support. Collaboration with other teams and documentation of processes are key aspects of this role. Your expertise in DNS protocols, security, and various platforms will be essential. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in DNS architecture and administration
  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience with Infoblox
  • In-depth knowledge of DNS protocols, DNSSEC, and related technologies
  • Experience with DNS management platforms (e.g., Infoblox, BIND, Microsoft DNS)
  • Experience with External DNS Service Providers (e.g., AWS Route53, Akamai, Cloud Flare, PCH)
  • Experience with Infoblox API and Service Now integration
  • Experience with DNS Security and compliance
  • Strong understanding of DNS protocols, standards and best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting

Responsibilities

  • Monitor the performance and health of DNS and DHCP services, addressing issues promptly
  • Generate regular reports on DNS and IP address utilization, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
  • Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and industry standards
  • Assist in auditing DNS and IPAM configurations to identify and mitigate potential risks
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for DNS, DHCP, and IPAM-related issues
  • Work closely with other network and security teams to resolve complex networking issues
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of DNS, DHCP, and IPAM configurations and processes
  • Train and support administrators and other IT staff on Infoblox technologies

Preferred Qualifications

Infoblox certifications are a plus
