Senior Staff Engineer

Summary

Join our innovative team as an experienced T24 Transact Retail Functional Consultant! This role requires in-depth expertise in Arrangement Architecture (AA) and a strong background in Temenos T24 core banking, particularly within retail banking environments. You will act as a key liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring effective delivery and optimization of T24 retail banking modules. Lead functional delivery of Temenos T24 Transact implementations, provide subject matter expertise in AA, and facilitate requirement-gathering sessions. Conduct gap assessments, draft functional design documents, and work closely with technical teams for seamless translation of business requirements. Deliver end-user training, resolve post-implementation issues, and stay informed on Temenos product developments and banking industry trends.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience as a T24 Functional Consultant, with a strong focus on Retail Banking
• Deep hands-on knowledge of Temenos T24 Arrangement Architecture (AA)
• Solid understanding of key retail banking modules such as Deposits, Lending, Accounts, and Payments
• Proven experience in product configuration and parameterization within T24
• Skilled in conducting business analysis, facilitating workshops, and performing gap-fit assessments
• Strong functional documentation and specification writing capabilities
• Familiarity with T24 system architecture, integration touchpoints, and APIs
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Lead the functional delivery of Temenos T24 Transact implementations for retail banking, ensuring solutions meet business needs
• Provide subject matter expertise in Arrangement Architecture (AA), including setup, configuration, and customization aligned with client requirements
• Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions and map business processes to T24 capabilities through functional workshops
• Conduct gap assessments and recommend fit-for-purpose configuration or custom development
• Draft and maintain functional design documents and specifications for T24 modules and AA enhancements
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless translation of business requirements into system functionality
• Organize and deliver end-user training and provide support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Resolve post-implementation issues and ensure continued operational efficiency
• Act as the go-to expert for T24 Retail modules and associated functionalities
• Stay informed on Temenos product developments and banking industry trends
