Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in full-stack development with focus on frontend architecture and distributed systems
- Deep expertise in mono-repo management using NX, including CI capabilities and tooling
- Strong background in React, TypeScript, GraphQL/REST API and Node.js development at scale
- Strong foundation in frontend build tooling (Webpack/Vite) and performance optimization
- Experience with microservices architecture, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Track record of implementing FedRAMP-compliant solutions
- Proven experience with cloud services (S3, CloudFront) and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub actions, Jenkins)
- Ability to handle complex requirements and orchestrate various processes
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product teams to identify and extract common patterns into reusable platform solutions
- Lead technical initiatives around monorepo management using NX, including CI pipeline optimization and improvement of developer tooling
- Transform product requirements into comprehensive solution specifications for both frontend components and backend services
- Write high-quality, production-ready code
- Guide and mentor other engineers, contribute to their professional growth, share best practices and architectural insights, and foster a culture of engineering excellence
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Python or Java is a plus
