Senior Staff Product Designer

Join QuintoAndar Group's Lisbon Tech Hub as a Senior Staff Product Designer and shape the AI experience on their platform. This remote-first role, based in Portugal, requires a well-rounded product designer with exceptional craft, collaboration skills, and experience leading complex projects. You will operate at a strategic level, mentoring other designers, and influencing senior stakeholders. The role involves shaping the AI experience, working on high-priority initiatives, and collaborating with teams in Brazil. Requirements

• Be a well-rounded product designer, recognized for craft and visual excellence
• Have experience in leading large and complex projects
• Be highly proficient in interaction design, visual design, motion and prototyping
• Have exceptional prototyping skills, rapidly visualizing and exploring multiple product design directions according to hypotheses - always considering technical, business, and experience goals
• Have a track record working in the entire product development process, from problem-framing through to detailed UI and visual design
• Have a world-class portfolio, with a track record of designing and shipping industry leading digital products
• Have experience running workshops and facilitating co-creation sessions
• Have experience presenting design work to senior stakeholders (C-level)
• Have knowledge & experience in user psychology, research methodology, and usage data
• Have experience mentoring mid-level and senior designers
• Have excellent English skills (verbal and written)

Responsibilities

• Shape the AI experience on the QuintoAndar platform
• Work in high-priority initiatives that impact the overall experience at the platform
• Operate at a mature level of Strategy with a clear connection to the business's impact
• Deliver valuable contributions, sharing best practices and methodologies with your immediate team and the broader chapter
• Take charge of holistic visualization and future outlook
• Lead complex projects autonomously, often facing sophisticated negotiations, mediations, and ecosystem considerations
• Facilitate processes between squads and teams
• Influence the quality of the craft in the design chapter
• Mentor other designers
• Help, orient and encourage them to follow best practices of visual principles
• Take proactive measures to enhance the quality and the designers' skills in the craft
• Generate a wide range of design solutions to achieve craft excellence and bring new explorations for complex, cross-line systemic patterns
• Understand user needs, be aware of market trends and competitive landscape
• Collaborate with leaders of other disciplines and be able to influence the roadmap of your line, bringing a strong design POV to the discussion
• Be a great storyteller and be able to influence senior stakeholders
