Join Our Mission: Help the Helpers with Jane. We're on the hunt for a Senior Staff Developer to be a Technical Leader for the Billing Group, driving engineering excellence and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Partner with our Billing Group Development Leader on setting the technical strategy that will shape the trajectory of the Billing Group
• Lead the Group Architecture team (informal structure consisting of Staff Developers from each team)
• Represent the Group at department wide Architecture meetings
• Help the Group create a scalable architecture
• Identify, scope, and lead large technical projects - taming complexity and creating the foundations for incremental delivery
• Help up-level our teams in terms of engineering standards, tooling and processes
• Help shape the careers of our Staff and Senior Developers
