Summary

Join Flip as a (Senior) Strategic Account Executive and take ownership of high-stakes international enterprise accounts with 5,000+ employees. You will be responsible for winning new logos, building a strong pipeline, and establishing Flip as the leading solution for internal communication in large organizations. This role involves leading complex sales cycles, building relationships with executive stakeholders, and acting as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives. You will need to understand the strategic priorities of target accounts and position Flip's impact at the board level. The position requires leading and aligning cross-functional teams to close high-value deals. You will be a key player in shaping the internal communication of entire enterprises.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of strategic B2B SaaS sales experience, with a focus on large international enterprises (5,000+ employees)
  • You're a true hunter with a strong track record of winning new logos at enterprise level
  • Deep experience working with complex buying centers across HR, IT, Internal Comms, and C-Level stakeholders
  • You apply MEDDPICC (or similar frameworks) with precision and lead your deals with structure and intent
  • You think beyond pure sales - you see the bigger business picture and are driven to win in the top tier of enterprise selling

Responsibilities

  • Own Strategic Accounts
  • You identify and win the most influential accounts for Flip
  • You build a pipeline of strategic opportunities and actively shape our footprint in the enterprise segment
  • Lead the C-Suite Conversation
  • You build deep relationships with executive stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor to CHROs, CIOs, Heads of Internal Comms, and the C-Level
  • Be the Flip Ambassador
  • You understand the strategic priorities of your target accounts, position Flip’s impact at board level, and drive decisions that shape the internal communication of entire enterprises
  • Orchestrate Landmark Deals
  • You lead complex, multi-threaded sales cycles with long time horizons
  • You align and activate cross-functional teams—internally and externally—to close high-value, high-impact deals

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a strong plus
  • You value face-to-face collaboration and are open to travel for team events, strategic meetings, or customer engagements
