Summary

Join interface.ai, a leading AI provider for banks and credit unions, as a Senior Strategic Partner to drive revenue through strategic partnerships. You will own and exceed a $1M+ revenue target in your first year by building and scaling new business from the ground up. This sales-oriented role involves developing and executing go-to-market strategies with channel partners, serving as the primary liaison between interface.ai and its partners, and collaborating with internal sales teams. You will represent interface.ai at industry events and maintain partner pipeline metrics. Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in business development, channel sales, or fintech partnerships, ideally in B2B SaaS
  • Proven success in generating revenue through channel partnerships and meeting quota targets in high-growth environments
  • Understanding of the financial services ecosystem, credit unions, digital banking platforms, and core banking systems
  • Experience launching and managing co-sell and reseller programs with measurable results
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders at various levels
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating partner agreements and GTM alignment
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to build programs from scratch and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Comfort working independently and collaboratively in a remote-first environment
  • Skill in using prompt engineering techniques to enhance productivity, drive efficiency, and decision-making with generative AI tools

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive $1M+ in revenue through co-sell and reseller partnerships with fintech and digital banking partners
  • Identify, develop, and execute go-to-market strategies with channel partners focused on payments, bill pay, onboarding, and other fintech use cases
  • Activate and scale new partnership programs with key fintech players (e.g., RePay, Jack Henry iPay, PayCenter) to generate new business opportunities
  • Serve as the primary liaison between interface.ai and its strategic partners, leading sales enablement efforts such as playbooks, demos, and training sessions
  • Collaborate with internal sales teams to align on partner pipeline progression, deal attribution, and co-selling strategy
  • Represent interface.ai at banking conferences and industry events (e.g., ICBA, CUNA) to drive awareness and generate partner-sourced pipeline
  • Maintain and report on partner-influenced pipeline metrics using Salesforce, ensuring visibility into deal progression and ROI
  • Contribute to partner negotiations, deal structuring, and long-term strategic alignment with cross-functional leadership
