Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in project/program management
• Experience in management consulting, compliance, and change management
• Proficiency with project tools (Jira, Wrike, Asana, Confluence) and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Lean, Waterfall)
• Strong executive presence and communication skills
• A mindset of curiosity, accountability, and collaboration

• Compliance & Change Management: Lead initiatives that align with ISO 27001, ISO 9000, and SOC 2 standards. Drive change with compassion and structure
