Senior Strategy Consultant - Finance Transformation

Summary

Join a team focused on transformation strategy for banks, working closely with senior stakeholders to shape client value propositions, lead strategic initiatives, and support delivery across complex transformation programs. This role involves leading strategic workstreams in finance transformation programs for banking clients, translating complex business challenges into actionable roadmaps and solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will support client engagements from early shaping to execution, contribute to internal capability building, and bring thought leadership on bank steering, KPIs, and financial performance. The position is remote-first, based in the EU or UK, with occasional travel. Growth opportunities are offered based on merit and individual goals.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in strategy consulting, ideally with a strong analytical foundation
• Proven experience in banking, with a solid understanding of industry dynamics
• Strong tech affinity — comfortable working with digital tools, data models, and transformation platforms
• Experience across both strategic change initiatives and operational finance environments (e.g. controlling, reporting, planning)
• Familiarity with transformation programs, including process redesign and system implementation
• Fluent in English
