Summary

Join our team as a Sustainability Consultant! We are seeking experienced professionals with expertise in electronics, textiles/fashion, or agricultural supply chains. Responsibilities include developing corporate and product impact inventories, setting sustainability targets, and creating actionable strategies using our platform. You will be the primary client contact, leveraging insights to address unique sustainability challenges. Senior Consultant roles require a Master's/PhD or a Bachelor's with 5+ years of experience, while Junior Consultants need a Master's with 2+ years of experience or a Bachelor's with 5+ years. Strong communication, problem-solving, and data analysis skills are essential. We offer a dynamic environment for growth and development.

Requirements

  • Master’s/PhD in a sustainability-related field (e.g., environmental impact accounting, environmental engineering) or a Bachelor’s with 5+ years leading sustainability projects (Senior Consultant)
  • Master’s in a sustainability-related field with 2+ years of client-facing consulting experience, or a Bachelor’s with 5+ years of relevant experience (Junior Consultant)
  • Strong expertise in market drivers (GHGP, SBTi, ISSB)
  • Proven skills in Scope 1, 2, and 3 corporate accounting
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and data analysis skills
  • Experience in sustainability consulting, preferably in technology, textiles, or agriculture
  • Expertise in third-party assurance and developing financially driven sustainability strategies
  • Proficiency in technical writing, client presentations, and instructional material creation
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and eagerness to grow with the company
  • 5+ years leading sustainability consulting engagements, including project management and client relations (Senior-Specific)
  • Experience in modeling mitigation strategies and building marginal abatement cost curves (Senior-Specific)

Responsibilities

  • Develop corporate and product impact inventories
  • Set sustainability targets
  • Identify value chain risks
  • Create actionable strategies using the AITrack SaaS platform
  • Act as the primary client contact
  • Leverage insights to address unique sustainability challenges

Preferred Qualifications

  • Life cycle inventory database expertise
  • Sector-specific experience in electronics, textiles/fashion, or agriculture
  • Knowledge of renewable energy markets
  • Proficiency in R, Python, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI)
