Requirements

• Completed Master's Degree
• 2 to 6 years' experience within a consultancy firm
• Knowledge of the insurance sector
• Outstanding collaborative team player and good communication skills
• Analytical mind, exploring options and able to synthesize into conclusions
• Dutch and English communication and presentation skills are mandatory

Responsibilities

• Involved in different projects
• Work on topics such as strategic positioning, new business orientations, organisational redesign, business re-engineering, and operational excellence
• Contribute to Sia Partners' internal activities: Development and reinforcement of our offer, Business development
