Requirements
- 3+ years' experience performing a similar IT role at a senior level
- Experience working on Okta, Atlassian, GWS, Github and writing infrastructure as code
- Experience managing macOS or Linux operating systems in an enterprise environment
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Python or Bash
- Experience leveraging APIs to integrate with existing tools, as well as experience with Jamf Pro
- Solution-oriented mindset with a focus on improving IT infrastructure and user experience
- You live and breathe IT, are always working on developing new skills, and love to solve problems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and document internal IT infrastructure, including cloud servers (GCP, AWS) and services (Okta, Github, Google Workspace, Cloudflare, Jira, Confluence, Slack)
- Manage and scale our fleet of macOS and Windows devices and related infrastructure (Jamf Pro, Intune)
- Identify and implement automation opportunities using tools such as Okta, Terraform, Python and Okta Workflows/Zapier
- Drive security standards in collaboration with the information security team and establish best practices for our enterprise environment
- Ensure regulatory compliance (e.g. GDPR) and manage backups and recovery processes
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level IT support to employees
