Senior SysOps Engineer

Requirements

• 3+ years' experience performing a similar IT role at a senior level
• Experience working on Okta, Atlassian, GWS, Github and writing infrastructure as code
• Experience managing macOS or Linux operating systems in an enterprise environment
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Python or Bash
• Experience leveraging APIs to integrate with existing tools, as well as experience with Jamf Pro
• Solution-oriented mindset with a focus on improving IT infrastructure and user experience
• You live and breathe IT, are always working on developing new skills, and love to solve problems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and document internal IT infrastructure, including cloud servers (GCP, AWS) and services (Okta, Github, Google Workspace, Cloudflare, Jira, Confluence, Slack)
• Manage and scale our fleet of macOS and Windows devices and related infrastructure (Jamf Pro, Intune)
• Identify and implement automation opportunities using tools such as Okta, Terraform, Python and Okta Workflows/Zapier
• Drive security standards in collaboration with the information security team and establish best practices for our enterprise environment
• Ensure regulatory compliance (e.g. GDPR) and manage backups and recovery processes
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level IT support to employees
