Requirements

• Solid experience in technical leadership and software development
• Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems
• Deep knowledge of design patterns, engineering best practices, and integration patterns
• Familiarity with REST, gRPC, GraphQL, and AMPQ protocols
• Proficiency in database management (Postgres and MongoDB)
• Experience with version control and CI/CD tools, such as GitLab
• Experience in cloud infrastructure management, especially with Microsoft Azure
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize demands, manage deliveries, and work in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Guiding and mentoring developers, promoting good development practices and continuous improvement
• Defining and supervising system architecture using design patterns and best practices
• Working collaboratively with design, product, and engineering teams to align objectives and technical priorities
• Supervising the development and implementation of scalable microservices
• Ensuring code quality through code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration
• Managing and optimizing relational and non-relational databases (Postgres and MongoDB)
• Managing and monitoring cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure
• Being responsible for strategic technical decisions, including development tools and processes
• Acting as the technical point of contact in meetings with stakeholders
• Collaborating in an agile and multidisciplinary environment, promoting a high-performance environment
