Summary

Join Career Renew and work as a remote Senior Technical Architect in the NY area for one of our clients! You will be part of the Identity Services team, designing, operating, and maintaining our Identity product portfolio. Leverage your expertise in application integration, access control, data analytics, and team leadership. You will evaluate systems and vendors, build relationships across teams, and communicate with senior management. This role requires significant experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.

Requirements

  • At least 7 to 10 years of technical experience as a SailPoint IIQ product owner
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry operations
  • Python and Java Development proficiency
  • Proficiency in managing Unix and Windows Server environments
  • Command of Directory Services
  • Mastery of API system integrations
  • Strong mentoring skills to support peer business partners
  • DevOps based development approach

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, design, implement, and support integrations between SailPoint IdentityIQ and other application systems and data feeds
  • Maintain a catalog of automatically and manually assigned roles in SailPoint IdentityIQ
  • Implement and maintain custom workflows in SailPoint IdentityIQ
  • Work closely with the application teams and Internal Audit to implement, run and evidence access certification campaigns
  • Apply comprehensive knowledge across the Identity Services portfolio of applications and provide technical informational support to Identity Services staff, as well as end users
  • Provide consultation on projects and be a subject matter expert for Identity Services systems
  • Research, design, develop, and deliver innovative scheduled and ad-hoc reports, as well as diagnose and fix any report-related issues
  • Develop and maintain custom integrations with credentialing and physician information systems
  • Develop multifaceted test plans, test data and testing schedules. Conduct intricate unit and system tests to verify results of software solutions
  • Install/perform in-house and vendor updates in a timely and efficient manner and in accordance with IS change control standards and procedures
  • Participate in or lead meetings with stakeholders. Interact with internal and external stakeholders to exchange complex information related to areas of specialization. Participate in business requirement meetings to gather objectives, required elements and present experienced solutions
  • Provide highly proficient expertise in the selection, customization, installation and support for Identity Services modules and packages
  • Evaluate and manage complex issues related to performance, stability, and scalability of Identity Services applications
  • Provide mentoring, training, and other resources to fellow Identity Services Engineers, as well as maintain a favorable work environment for all team members and clients
  • Assist the supervising personnel in overseeing the instruction, direction, and inspection of assignments for fellow Identity Services Team Members
  • Work in multiple phases of systems and applications analysis and consider the business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment
  • Perform other special projects and duties as assigned

  • Related Information Security experience in a healthcare setting
  • Experience with SSO Integrations
  • Metrics Dashboarding experience
  • Firewall and Database management
  • Enterprise administration and development in an Azure/Office 365 environment
