Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
  • 5+ year of experience in Client Services/Delivery, Ad Operations, project management, business analysis, or other technical support roles
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, working effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail; highly organized with experience in cross-functional collaboration
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work effectively with a wide variety of people and executive stakeholders

  • Experience with process improvement and automation tools, leveraging AI or other technologies to enhance operational efficiency
  • Advanced Excel and basic SQL
  • Basic knowledge of software interaction programs (API)
  • Previous experience working with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, JIRA, Tableau)
  • Comfortable working under pressure to meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, working closely with Product, Engineering and Data Science, and Account Management teams
  • Independently assess and prioritize the severity of technical issues and project requests by evaluating effort level, client impact, and business value. Provide strategic recommendations on launch blockers and leverage analytical thinking to identify alternative solutions
  • Identify opportunities for AI-driven automation, process optimization, and workflow enhancements, recommending strategic improvements to increase operational efficiency for both Tripadvisor and its partners
  • Serve as a consultant to Tier 1 clients on conversion tracking implementation, ensuring clear communication of key issues and campaign launch statuses to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Launch new e-commerce campaigns and provide technical support for metasearch, sponsored ads, Business Advantage, and other performance advertising initiatives. Responsibilities include implementing URL tracking, configuring and processing data feeds, managing conversion tracking, facilitating API integrations, and monitoring API and metasearch performance
  • Develop expertise in internal operational tools and third-party platforms, including Salesforce, to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency
  • Monitor the health of live partner metasearch campaigns, investigating pricing and conversion discrepancies, and proactively coordinating with Account Management and partners to resolve performance-related issues

  • Good business judgment when making decisions and understanding the relevance/impact of each decision on the strategic direction of the team and the business
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with various audiences across different seniority levels and a spectrum of functions
  • High attention to detail and the ability to effectively lead multiple projects at a time. Successfully able to meet deadlines independently
