Senior Technical Product Manager

Summary

Join Ava Labs' Core/Consumer Product team as a Technical Product Manager. Manage the strategy to drive adoption of Avalanche and its ecosystem. Drive product development from conception to launch, collaborating with design, engineering, and product teams. Manage multiple concurrent projects, oversee bug resolution, and ensure delivery meets milestones and KPIs. Stay current on market trends in crypto and contribute to Ava Labs' mission. This role requires 3+ years of technical product management experience in fintech, blockchain, or cryptocurrency, along with strong communication, project management, and analytical skills. A deep understanding of crypto is essential.

Requirements

• A deep understanding and passion for crypto (L1s/L2s, DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, DePIN, AI etc.)
• 3+ years of technical product management in fintech, blockchain or cryptocurrency businesses
• Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management, and organizational skills
• Demonstrated project management skills
• Extensive analytical, prioritization, and problem solving skills
• Previous experience building software products
• A growth mindset and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
• Personal alignment with the Ava Labs and Avalanche missions

Responsibilities

• Manage the strategy of Core to drive adoption of new and existing users, Avalanche, and the broader ecosystem
• Drive product development from conception to launch
• Collaborate cross functionally with design, engineering, and product to develop and execute the roadmap
• Manage concurrent projects across multiple work streams requiring input from internal and external stakeholders
• Oversee cataloging and resolution of reported bugs and required maintenance
• Ensure delivery is progressing against key milestones and KPIs
• Build on existing crypto knowledge by staying up to date on market trends both generally and within Avalanche

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a developer or UX/UI designer
• Demonstrated history of contributing to or participating in crypto projects
• Experience working in a start-up environment
