Senior Technical Product Manager

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with at least 3 years in a technical product management role
• Excellent communication skills for bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Expertise in agile methodologies - Jira, Asana etc
• Strong understanding of microservices, peer-to-peer systems, javascript
• Strong organizational skills to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and requirements gathering to delivery and post-launch analysis
• Define user stories, acceptance criteria, perform backlog management and workflows for development teams
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable product requirements
• Evaluate technical solutions and prioritize features based on technical feasibility, business impact, and customer value
• Conduct extensive market research, including customer discovery to understand the value proposition of our product
• Work with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, validate and deliver solutions
• Ensure product features are delivered on time and meet quality standards; organize testing and feedback loops

Preferred Qualifications

• Skilled in defining, tracking, and reporting on product KPIs to measure success; expertise in A/B testing or similar experimentation methods is a plus
• Experience leading AI and peer-to-peer (P2P) projects is a plus
• Hands-on development experience with JavaScript (e.g., frameworks like Node.js, React, or Angular) is a plus
