Senior Technical Product Manager

Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Technical Product Manager and shape the product strategy and roadmap for our expansive application orchestration platform, encompassing EKS, EKS Anywhere, and other container orchestration solutions. You will bridge technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment on product vision and delivery. Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements. Provide technical guidance to the development team. Engage with stakeholders to communicate product updates and manage expectations. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies. Drive adoption of the platform and ensure customer success.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of Kubernetes, containerization technologies, and cloud-native application development
• Proven track record of successfully managing the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, driving consensus and alignment on product goals
• Understanding of the regulatory and compliance landscape relevant to Smarsh's business

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for application orchestration, encompassing EKS, EKS Anywhere, and other relevant container orchestration solutions
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, translating business needs into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
• Provide technical guidance and expertise to the development team, ensuring that product solutions are aligned with architectural standards and best practices
• Engage with a wide range of stakeholders, including developers, operations teams, and business leaders, to communicate product updates, gather feedback, and manage expectations
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the application orchestration space, with particular attention to AI-powered solutions
• Drive adoption of the application orchestration platform, monitor key metrics, and iterate on the product to ensure customer success

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with EKS, EKS Anywhere, or other managed Kubernetes services
• Familiarity with AI/ML applications in the context of orchestration
• Relevant experience with networking concepts and technologies
• AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer)
