Requirements

  • Have a minimum of 5 years TPM experience at a SaaS company with hands on experience in driving large programs of work
  • Be motivated to provide an inclusive and psychologically safe environment for our diverse team to collaborate together, in a timely fashion, towards shared goals
  • Be knowledgeable in technical concepts and have an ability to apply them to technical spaces
  • Have experience leading and influencing Product Managers, Designers and Engineers to deliver key company strategic initiatives
  • Be comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Be a natural communicator who leads through influence, not authority and loves navigating complexity and tackling ambiguous problems
  • Demonstrate leadership capability to ensure clarity, alignment and accountability to achieve our crazy big goals
  • Be process-oriented but flexible in approach
  • Be dedicated to personal growth and improving in your craft as a TPM
  • Have the ability to think strategically but also able to make crazy big goals happen. This role will be very hands-on!

Responsibilities

  • Work with a varied group of stakeholders to define and deliver key business outcomes
  • Support team and group leadership in driving goal planning & delivery practices - including how we scope, prioritise, estimate and plan capacity for teams
  • Ensure clear visibility around all of the work teams are doing (or not doing) and when it will be done. (e.g. Helping build and align roadmap across the teams; collaborate with team leads to optimise delivery reporting & tooling )
  • Provide program or project management to support large cross team and/or cross continental company goals - tracking program status, capturing issues, mitigating risks, managing cross group and/or supergroup dependencies, facilitating timely decision making etc
  • Drive core delivery practices across teams to ensure they are operationally set up to scale and are running at optimal velocity
  • Understand the technical solution, be able to facilitate technical discussions with Engineering teams, help identify and close gaps
  • Build partnerships with cross-functional teams to influence decisions, drive alignment and prioritization
  • Facilitate continual improvement rituals to build the effectiveness of product development and engineering teams
  • Build a culture and environment to achieve excellence and innovation
