Summary

OP Labs is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to oversee the development of Optimism's OP Stack infrastructure. The individual will coordinate between engineering teams, create and maintain a roadmap, manage projects, communicate with stakeholders, and support protocol upgrades.

Requirements

• Experience coordinating and delivering complex large-scale software projects
• Strong technical background with a solid understanding of web3 software development, blockchain platforms, and system design
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and effectively

Responsibilities

• Roadmap Development: Work with product, engineering, and the Optimism Foundation to create and maintain a comprehensive roadmap for the OP Stack
• Project Management: Coordinate between OP Labs and external core development teams to assign projects, drive progress, unblock teams, and ensure quality delivery of key roadmap features
• Communication: Be a central conduit for information, ensuring messages flow smoothly between OP Labs, core developers, and the Optimism Foundation
