Join Twilio as a Senior Technology Partner - HR Technology Security, Risk & Compliance to lead security and compliance efforts across the global HR technology stack. This role focuses on Workday and its integrated platforms, including Cornerstone, Greenhouse, Eightfold, and others. The ideal candidate possesses deep security expertise, understands Agile delivery, risk and compliance frameworks, and can manage complex SaaS platforms. Responsibilities include designing and governing security, performing threat modeling and assessments, leading compliance activities, guiding platform teams, partnering with various departments, and managing incidents. The position requires 7+ years of experience in HR Tech or IT with deep Workday experience and a strong understanding of compliance frameworks. It is a remote role based in Ontario with occasional travel.
Requirements
- 7+ years in HR Tech or IT with deep Workday experience
- Cross platform experience w/Integration and Data Governance Expertise: Cornerstone, Greenhouse, Eightfold, etc
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks (SOX, SOC 2, GDPR)
- Agile delivery alignment experience
Responsibilities
- Design and govern security across Workday and integrated HR platforms
- Perform threat modeling, secure integration reviews, and security assessments
- Lead cross-functional compliance activities for SOX, SOC2, GDPR
- Guide platform teams in agile, secure delivery and governance
- Partner with HR, Legal, Audit, and IT to ensure policy alignment
- Respond to and manage incidents, support audits, and ensure business continuity
Preferred Qualifications
Workday Pro, Agile certification, experience with Kainos and ServiceNow
