Summary

Join Twilio as a Senior Technology Partner - HR Technology Security, Risk & Compliance to lead security and compliance efforts across the global HR technology stack. This role focuses on Workday and its integrated platforms, including Cornerstone, Greenhouse, Eightfold, and others. You will design and govern security, perform threat modeling and assessments, lead compliance activities for SOX, SOC2, and GDPR, and guide platform teams in secure delivery. Collaboration with HR, Legal, Audit, and IT is crucial to ensure policy alignment and manage incidents. The ideal candidate possesses deep security expertise, understands Agile delivery, and has experience managing complex SaaS platforms. This remote position is based in Ontario, with occasional travel required.

Requirements

• 7+ years in HR Tech or IT with deep Workday experience
• Cross platform experience w/Integration and Data Governance Expertise: Cornerstone, Greenhouse, Eightfold, etc
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks (SOX, SOC 2, GDPR)
• Agile delivery alignment experience

Responsibilities

• Design and govern security across Workday and integrated HR platforms
• Perform threat modeling, secure integration reviews, and security assessments
• Lead cross-functional compliance activities for SOX, SOC2, GDPR
• Guide platform teams in agile, secure delivery and governance
• Partner with HR, Legal, Audit, and IT to ensure policy alignment
• Respond to and manage incidents, support audits, and ensure business continuity
