Summary

Join Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions, a leading ICT employer in Hungary, and become a tester in the Starlight team within the CANVAS "Billing, Collections & Credit Risk" department. The team maintains the Dolphin legacy system and develops a new microservices-based billing system. You will test bugfix releases, maintain automated regression tests using Robot Framework, and create and automate system-level tests for the new architecture. The team communicates in English, but German language skills are beneficial. The role requires at least two years of software testing experience, agile practices, basic DevOps and SQL knowledge, familiarity with Jira, Git, GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, Unix/Linux, and Robot Framework, and fluency in English. Remote work is possible within Hungary.

Requirements

  • At least two years of software testing experience
  • Agile working practices
  • Basic DevOps, SQL Knowledge
  • Jira, Git, Gitlab and CI/CD pipelines
  • User level knowledge with Unix/Linux OS
  • Robot Framework
  • Fluency in written and spoken English

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the Dolphin legacy system and test new bugfix releases
  • Maintain existing test sets in Robot Framework
  • Create test concepts for system-level testing of the new billing system
  • Automate system-level tests for automated running tests and reuse them for automated regression tests and pipelines for the new Microservices architecture
