Requirements

  • 8+ years in QA, with 5+ years in test automation
  • Strong experience with QA processes and tools
  • Proficiency in .NET, and C#
  • Experience with Selenium or Playwright, including building automated test frameworks from scratch
  • Skills in API, performance, and integration testing
  • Hands-on experience in manual testing
  • In-depth knowledge of Scrum/SAFe and experience working within Agile teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Strong leadership skills, proactivity, work ownership, accountability
  • Upper-Intermediate+ English level

Responsibilities

  • Own the QA strategy for a high-speed, intense fintech project, increasing automation test coverage and driving continuous improvements in testing processes
  • Help the QA team to increase test automation speed and coverage
  • Streamline automated testing processes for efficiency
  • Develop and implement robust automated testing frameworks
  • Create and execute automated test scripts using Selenium and Playwright
  • Conduct API, performance, and integration testing
  • Integrate automated tests into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
  • Collaborate with the team to identify testing priorities
  • Analyze test results, report defects, and provide actionable insights, ensuring visibility for stakeholders
  • Participate in and contribute to Agile ceremonies
  • Mentor junior QAs on best practices in test automation
  • Create and maintain relevant test documentation
  • Assist with manual testing when necessary

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP), Docker, and Kubernetes
