Requirements

• Experience developing games professionally, and shipping AAA titles
• 5+ years of experience developing tools
• Outstanding C++, C# coding experience applied to tools development
• Experience using Unreal Engine 4/5 and familiarity with Slate UI
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, strong work ethic, and able to work independently
• Creativity in problem-solving and the ability to think outside of the established solutions
• Keen interest in games

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain tools to support various aspects of the game development process, enhancing the efficiency and workflows of our development teams
• Keep up-to-date with the latest C++ and Unreal Engine development techniques
• Write code that fulfils the functional and technical requirements of the project
• Participate in the design of products and perform testing activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members and stakeholders from different departments like engineering, design, art
• Adhere to the project’s coding standards
• Identify technical and developmental risks/obstacles and generate solutions to overcome identified risk
