Summary

Join Spreetail, a rapidly growing ecommerce company, as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist. You will design, analyze, and manage compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent. Responsibilities include market benchmarking, data analysis, and ensuring compliance. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of compensation and benefits best practices. Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in compensation and benefits within a global organization
  • Proven experience with both compensation and benefits benchmarking processes and vendors, including global partnerships
  • Experience developing and maintaining total compensation structures, including support for equity and bonus programs
  • Understanding of benefits strategies and have experience with supporting complex global programs
  • Demonstrated knowledge of applicable human resource laws, regulations and best practices

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage reports to monitor key metrics related to benefits utilization, compensation spend, employee leveling, and overall rewards
  • Analyze data to identify trends, provide actionable insights, and recommend improvements to reward programs
  • Prepare materials for the executive team, compensation committee, and board of directors on various total rewards topics
  • Lead or contribute to special projects related to compensation, benefits, and total rewards strategy
  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and communicate compensation programs that align with Spreetail’s business strategy
  • Lead the development and maintenance of the company's job architecture, including job families, career leveling guidelines, and corresponding compensation structures
  • Perform labor market analysis and develop pay structures to attract and retain talent globally
  • Support benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other key employee offerings
  • Collaborate with the greater global HR team to ensure benefits programs are aligned with local requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP
  • World at Work Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
