Summary
Join Wiz, a rapidly growing cloud security company, as a Sr. Trainer, GTM Enablement APJ. You will lead the development and delivery of localized sales training for the APJ Revenue team. Responsibilities include content localization, onboarding training, performance analysis, stakeholder collaboration, technology utilization, and establishing a feedback mechanism. This role requires at least 5 years of experience in sales training and enablement, experience with various sales methodologies, and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will also have experience in enterprise technology sales and a high-growth startup environment. Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of related experience in sales training, sales enablement, learning and development
- Experience with sales skills/methodologies such as value selling, MEDDICC, sales leadership, etc
- Experience developing content for both live and elearning formats and in localized languages
- A strong background in relentless prioritization and reporting of actions and outcomes
- Developed and launched successful learning programming for sales teams
- Strong coalition-building and communication skills across all levels of the organization
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to meet multiple deadlines, manage time effectively, and focus on the highest priorities
- Technical understanding of cloud security solutions
- Dynamic and engaging presenter with a knack for building trust and inspiring people to learn
- Currently based in Singapore
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with GTM Learning and design team to translate key learning content in Mandarin and Japanese
- Deliver in-person onboarding bootcamp on product knowledge, sales techniques/skills, sales processes/tools for APJ sales team every 6 weeks
- Constantly assess needs and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs, making adjustments to meet the needs of a fast-growing sales force
- Work closely with APJ sales leadership to align global trainings with localized needs
- Engage with cross-functional teams to gather content to base trainings on
- Leverage enablement technologies to enhance learning experiences
- Advocate for the adoption of new sales motions, tools and practices
- Establish a feedback mechanism with the sales team to continuously improve learning programs
- Adapt to changing market conditions and sales needs
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years enterprise technology sales experience
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment
- Experience measuring learning impact using a framework
