Senior UI Designer

Summary

The job is for a Senior UI Designer who will shape user-centric products in digital and website space. The role involves ownership of design projects, maintaining branding consistency, using data-driven insights, collaborating with stakeholders, creating prototypes, and staying updated with industry trends.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience
• Proficiency with Figma and Photoshop
• Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities
• Experience in Agile/Scrum teams and collaboration with developers
• Understanding of design fundamentals (color theory, typography, visual weight, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of design projects
• Develop and maintain consistent branding across all digital platforms
• Use data-driven insights and analytics to inform design decisions
• Create and maintain a library of design assets for ease of reuse
• Collaborate with stakeholders and developers to ensure design functionality and goals align
• Create prototypes, mockups, and wireframes to visualize design concepts
• Present and justify your design choices with strong, theory-backed rationale
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with UX principles
• Experience with Asana for project management
• Previous experience working in an agency environment
