Requirements

• 5+ years in UX/UI design with a portfolio showcasing complex, user-centered digital products
• Proven track record in leading design projects, preferably within a product-driven or SaaS environment
• Expert in design and prototyping tools (Figma)
• Strong understanding of responsive design, mobile-first principles, and accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Solid knowledge of HTML/CSS and an understanding of front-end development constraints
• Strategic thinker with an eye for detail and a passion for creating seamless user experiences
• Excellent communication skills, able to present and justify design decisions to various stakeholders
• Adaptable to changing project requirements and timelines, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Intermediate level of English sufficient for reading and working with application interfaces and content prepaid for design

Responsibilities

• Lead the UX/UI design process from research through final handoff to development, ensuring all designs meet the highest standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives, identifying opportunities for innovation and enhancement
• Create and iterate on high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and interaction models to validate usability and experience
• Ensure a smooth handoff to development teams, providing necessary assets, documentation, and support through the build phase
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
