Requirements
- 5+ years in UX/UI design with a portfolio showcasing complex, user-centered digital products
- Proven track record in leading design projects, preferably within a product-driven or SaaS environment
- Expert in design and prototyping tools (Figma)
- Strong understanding of responsive design, mobile-first principles, and accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Solid knowledge of HTML/CSS and an understanding of front-end development constraints
- Strategic thinker with an eye for detail and a passion for creating seamless user experiences
- Excellent communication skills, able to present and justify design decisions to various stakeholders
- Adaptable to changing project requirements and timelines, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Intermediate level of English sufficient for reading and working with application interfaces and content prepaid for design
Responsibilities
- Lead the UX/UI design process from research through final handoff to development, ensuring all designs meet the highest standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives, identifying opportunities for innovation and enhancement
- Create and iterate on high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and interaction models to validate usability and experience
- Ensure a smooth handoff to development teams, providing necessary assets, documentation, and support through the build phase
- Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
