Requirements
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, preferably in SaaS or e-commerce
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Demonstrated experience designing responsive, data-rich web applications
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design and problem-solving abilities
- Solid understanding of design systems, accessibility standards, and usability principles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Create, iterate on, and deliver wireframes, prototypes, and final designs that reflect user needs and business goals
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and refine requirements and turn them into elegant design solutions
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to inform design decisions
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability across the platform
- Balance user-centered design with technical constraints and business objectives to create practical solutions
- Advocate for UX best practices, ensuring designs are accessible, responsive, and aligned with our companyβs values
- Stay up-to-date with UI/UX trends and innovations to bring fresh ideas to the team
