Requirements

• 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, preferably in SaaS or e-commerce
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Demonstrated experience designing responsive, data-rich web applications
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design and problem-solving abilities
• Solid understanding of design systems, accessibility standards, and usability principles
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly
• A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Create, iterate on, and deliver wireframes, prototypes, and final designs that reflect user needs and business goals
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and refine requirements and turn them into elegant design solutions
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to inform design decisions
• Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability across the platform
• Balance user-centered design with technical constraints and business objectives to create practical solutions
• Advocate for UX best practices, ensuring designs are accessible, responsive, and aligned with our company’s values
• Stay up-to-date with UI/UX trends and innovations to bring fresh ideas to the team

• Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate more effectively with developers
• Experience working in Agile environments and tools like Jira or Confluence
