Requirements

• Have a minimum 3 years’ experience in web or app design
• Are able to self-organise and motivate when working remotely
• Have an evidence-based mind-set
• Have experience doing user research and see yourself as the advocate for our users
• Have excellent skills in visual design, but understand that the purpose of design is to solve problems, not make things look pretty
• Have working proficiency in English

Responsibilities

• Research and identify user problems using qualitative and quantitative data
• Participate in design ideation sessions
• Create wireframes, prototypes or high-fidelity designs (as appropriate to the task)
• Write design specifications
• Review developers’ implementation of your design
• Set up usability tests and A/B experiments
