Senior UI/UX Designer

Summary

Join our multinational team collaborating with Fortune 500 clients as a Senior UIUX Designer! You will clarify stakeholder requirements and deliver high-fidelity mockups and prototypes aligned with product strategies and roadmaps. Your UI/UX design expertise, app design experience, and UX research skills are crucial for our cross-platform products. This remote position is based in Taiwan.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in UIUX design
• Proficiency in design tools (Figma is a must, Adobe Creative Suite or other visual design and wire-framing tools)
• Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining design systems
• Solid experience in creating wireframes, mockups, user flows, and prototypes
• Fluent English and Mandarin communication in the oversea team
• Ability to present and articulate design concepts and decisions effectively
• Ability to thrive in a cross-functional team environment and work collaboratively with developers and stakeholders
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Clarify stakeholders' requirements and deliver high-fidelity mockups and prototypes with product strategies and roadmaps
• Drive the success of cross-platform products using UI/UX design expertise, app design experience, and UX research skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of basic front-end techniques: WinForms, WPF, DevExpress
• Basic experience with quantitative research and qualitative research (e.g. user research, usability testing ,A/B testing, etc)
