Join our team! We're looking for a Senior UX Designer to elevate our team's capabilities in delivering exceptional digital experiences. As a seasoned UX Designer, you'll lead discovery and design phases, conduct research, develop prototypes, and collaborate with our multidisciplinary team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years in UX design, ideally within a digital agency
• Ability to juggle multiple projects with ease
• Strong client-facing and presentation skills
• Expertise in UX research for institutional clients or projects with similar complexity
• Advanced skills in Figma are required
• Experience in usability testing and design optimization

Responsibilities

• Lead the discovery and design phases of key projects
• Prepare and lead workshops to gather input and align diverse perspectives
• Conduct in-depth UX research and synthesize findings
• Develop top-notch wireframes and prototypes in Figma
• Perform usability testing and refine designs based on user feedback
• Work with our multidisciplinary team to keep projects moving forward
• Provide input and feedback to other designers on your projects
• Represent Evolving Web as a subject matter expert to existing and potential clients by delivering pitches
