Requirements

• Minimum of 8-10+ years of experience in UX design (best case B2B SaaS), with a strong portfolio of web and mobile app expertise in user-centered design and problem-solving
• Understanding of design principles, usability, and accessibility
• Excellent UX, design and research tooling experience (e.g. Figma)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to own the features and prioritize tasks

Responsibilities

• Lead the UX design process from ideation to implementation and iteration
• Conduct user research and usability testing
• Collaborate with product managers, developers and other stakeholders
• Advocate for user needs throughout the design process
• Develop and maintain a design system
