Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in design research, hypothesis development, prototyping + testing
  • 4+ years of experience in UX design building wireframes, low- and high-fidelity prototypes, and other mockups
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Leadership experience required with proven expertise in UX design and research fields
  • Fluency in industry tools such as Figma, UserTesting.com

Responsibilities

  • Lead design projects: Drive the end-to-end design process for new and existing features, from concept to launch for our E-commerce domain
  • User-centered design: Conduct user research and translate insights into user flows, wireframes, interaction specs, prototypes, and partner with a Senior UI Designer to deliver dev-ready designs
  • Lead design thinking: Champion and facilitate design thinking workshops and methodologies to drive innovative solutions, align stakeholders, and ensure user-centered design processes throughout the project lifecycle
  • Best-in-class E-commerce: Design inspiring solutions that improve conversion rates, reduce friction, and elevate the overall shopping experience
  • Data-driven iteration: Leverage analytics, usability testing, and user feedback to refine and enhance designs
  • Product design strategy: Generate and communicate insights that shape how product teams think about medium and long-term product strategy
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders such as marketing to align business goals with user needs
  • Effective communication: Clearly articulate design concepts, decisions, and rationale to stakeholders, team members, and leadership through presentations, storytelling, and documentation
