Requirements
- 7+ years of experience designing digital products, ideally in B2B SaaS or Enterprise
- Demonstrated success shipping end-to-end product experiences
- Experience validating interaction patterns and testing new workflows via wireframes and prototypes
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX, interaction design, and strategic thinking
- Experience designing in ambiguous, evolving product spaces
- Clear and confident communicator, comfortable influencing stakeholders at multiple levels
- Deep empathy for users with a curiosity-driven mindset
Responsibilities
- Design End-to-End Experiences: Lead the UX and UI design of web-based tools across Higharcβs platform
- Simplify the Complex: Translate detailed workflows into clear, human-centered experiences
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure cohesive product thinking. Partner closely with homebuilders, suppliers, contractors, and buyers to understand their needs and pain points
- Own Design Process: Develop user flows, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals to articulate design intent
- Influence Product Strategy: Bring a strong, user-focused design perspective to product decisions
- Validate with Data: Leverage both qualitative and quantitative user insights to inform and iterate on designs
- Champion Design Systems: Contribute to and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing for technical audiences (e.g., architects, engineers, builders)
- Familiarity with 3D design environments or CAD tools (e.g., Revit, Rhino, Unity)
- Exposure to front-end development (React, JavaScript, HTML/CSS)
- Background or passion in architecture, construction, or home design
