Requirements

• Possess 5+ years of experience in UX/UI
• Be proficient in analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving
• Take extreme ownership over your work, meeting expectations regarding estimates and the general process
• Identify with Bluelight's clients' goals and dedicate yourself to delivering on commitments
• Work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed
• Maintain a strong portfolio showcasing performance with mobile apps and desktop sites
• Demonstrate an advanced English level

Preferred Qualifications
