Requirements

  • A strong portfolio of client-facing apps or websites
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality UI/UX under client or project deadlines
  • Expert command of design systems, style guides and brand application
  • Exceptional attention to detail in visuals, micro-interactions and handoff specs
  • Demonstrated structured process: research, sketching, prototyping, testing and handoff
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

  • Partner directly with clients and delivery teams to translate business requirements into pixel-perfect, branded UIs
  • Own end-to-end design for client delivery projects and solution showcases
  • Adapt core product features and UI patterns to diverse client use cases
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and iterate rapidly
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas and concepts
  • Ensure pixel-perfect visuals, smooth interactions and strict adherence to brand/design-system standards
  • Conduct rapid usability checks and deliver value-driving refinements on tight timelines

Preferred Qualifications

Insurance-industry experience a bonus but not required
