Requirements

• 8+ years of professional design experience, especially in eCommerce and SaaS and lead generation
• Extensive experience working with US clients
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
• A strong portfolio showcasing your UX/UI design and conversion-focused design skills
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant design tools
• A deep understanding of UX principles and best practices
• Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects
• Excellent strategic thinking, with a balance of creativity and data-driven decision-making
• Excellent English communication skills
• Proven experience in management and leadership

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects in eCommerce and SaaS, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery
• Collaborate closely with CRO teams and stakeholders to translate project goals into effective UX/UI designs
• Create high-quality, user-friendly, and visually appealing design solutions based on UX principles
• Apply your expertise in UX principles to enhance usability and engagement
• Use tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and others to create and refine design assets
• Think strategically and solve design problems with creativity and user-centered solutions
• Maintain clear communication with teams to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with business goals

• Experience working with conversion rate optimization (CRO) teams
