Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in eCommerce or consumer product industries
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio showcasing past work, including case studies that highlight your design process and user-centered solutions
- Solid understanding of usability principles, interaction design, and responsive design best practices
- Experience conducting user research and applying insights into design decisions
- Ability to think critically and creatively, merging user needs with business objectives
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to advocate for user-centered design
- Familiarity with agile development processes and working in cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of user-centered experiences across websites and mobile applications, ensuring alignment with brand values and business goals
- Create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, and design specifications that communicate design intent effectively
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to gather insights and iterate on design solutions, improving the overall user experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and product managers, to implement designs and solve complex problems with a focus on user needs
- Develop and maintain a cohesive design system that promotes consistency, usability, and scalability across products
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously innovate the user experience
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing to strategic discussions about product direction and feature sets
