This remote role, with occasional NYC travel, requires 15+ years of marketing experience, significant DTC healthcare experience, and mastery of various marketing channels. Relocation is not provided; candidates must be based in NYC or within commuting distance.
Requirements
- 15+ years of marketing experience, with a significant portion in DTC healthcare
- Demonstrated expertise in SEO, content, lifecycle marketing, influencer, product marketing, brand partnerships, paid search & social, events & activations, PR & comms, and direct mail
- Exceptional leadership, team management, and communication skills
- Strong understanding of growth marketing principles and data analytics
- Prior experience in an early-stage startup environment, with a willingness to be hands-on
- Deeply passionate about functional health, root-cause medicine, and a new approach to healthcare
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Oversee and optimize all marketing channels, including SEO, content marketing, lifecycle marketing, influencer partnerships, product marketing, partner marketing, employee & member activation, brand partnerships, paid search & social, direct mail, events & activations, PR & comms, etc. to deliver on KPIs
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
- Be willing to get hands dirty and dive deep into the details, ensuring flawless execution of marketing campaigns
- Utilize analytics and data insights to continually refine marketing strategies and improve ROI
- Work closely with product, sales, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and drive holistic growth
- Champion the Parsley Health brand, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across all touchpointsโand especially through PR and communications
